The Educational Facilities Plan is developed, reviewed and approved by the School Board each fiscal year.  The Plan establishes a systematic approach to Educational Facility Construction in order to meet the needs of the District.

The Ancillary Facilities project has been delayed.  Water Management Permitting, Department of Transportation Permits, and Wetland Mitigation processing had been initiated.  This plan amendment will allow these activities to proceed prior to the permit expiration dates.  We will complete the required St. Johns River Water Management District Permits, complete the required wetland mitigation, and construct the road connection to State Road 21 (Blanding Boulevard) before the Department of Transportation Permit expires.
